Assessment FAQs
The LAM Assessment will take you 10-12 minutes to complete. You will need enough time to think critically and be reflective about your own practice.
The LAM Assessment will give you a clear profile report across seven Leadership & Management Standards.
You can use the insights in your report alongside role expectations, evidence from practice and supervisor feedback, to set targeted, time-bound development goals.
QCAN’s Leadership & Management (LAM) assessment exists to support reflective practice and professional growth across OSHC. Participation is voluntary. Individual responses are kept confidential and results are shared only with the respondent/service as agreed. Findings should never be used for performance management or disciplinary action. De-identified, aggregated data may be used to improve the tool and create sector benchmarks. Data is stored securely and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This report provides guidance, not legal, industrial relations or clinical advice.

Yes. The program is funded until 30 June 2027 for all educators working within the OSHC sector in Queensland. If you need help getting access, please reach out via the Contact Us page.
Yes. You can purchase a subscription through the Get Access page. Subscriptions are for one year and there are a number of pricing options to suit different teams.
