QCAN’s Leadership & Management (LAM) assessment exists to support reflective practice and professional growth across OSHC. Participation is voluntary. Individual responses are kept confidential and results are shared only with the respondent/service as agreed. Findings should never be used for performance management or disciplinary action. De-identified, aggregated data may be used to improve the tool and create sector benchmarks. Data is stored securely and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This report provides guidance, not legal, industrial relations or clinical advice.
