The Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) is a groundbreaking initiative funded by the Queensland Government in partnership with Queensland Children’s Activities Network (QCAN). Guided by the OSHC Professional Standards for Management and Leadership, LAMP features the first interactive, evidence-based leadership scale of its kind and it’s freely available to all OSHC leaders and educators. This innovative program supports you in assessing your leadership capabilities, identifying development opportunities, and tracking your growth as you navigate the unique challenges of leading out-of-school-hours care services.
